APSC is an independent contact testing laboratory specilizing in Molecular Weight Distribution analysis by various methods. These methods include Gel Permeation Chromatography/Size Exclution Chromatography (GPC/SEC); Multi-Angle Laser Light Scattering (MALLS) and Vapor Pressure Osmometry (VPO). Intrinsic Viscosity is also available. APSC works closely with customers that require method development or that wish to have their own custom methods preformed.
Polymer standards listed on this site are ideally suited for calibrating instruments and
determining molecular weights of polymer samples by applications such as
GPC/SEC, LALLS, Osmometry, Viscometry, etc...
These standards are only offered for research and investigational purposes and
are NOT intended for food, drug, cosmetic or household use.

most organic solvents: DMF, NMP, DMSO, HFIP, Acetone, Toluene, TCB Chloroform, THF, etc..

APSC has extensive experience analyzing such materials as Nylon, Polyethylene Terephthalate, Polyurethane, Polyethylene, Polypropylene, Copolymers, etc....
APSC preforms GPC/SEC analysis using the following solvents: Tetrahydrofuran (THF); Toluene; Chloroform;
Methylene Chloride; Methonal; Water; N,N, - Dimethylformamide (DMF); N,N, - Dimethyl acetamide (DMAC);
1-Methyl - 2 - pyrrolidinone (NMP); Dimethyl Sulfoxide (DMSO) and Hexafluoroisopropanol (HFIP) and others.

We ask for at least 1 gram of material.

APSC offers the service of regenerating your old columns for a fraction of the cost of replacing them. In most cases we can have your Columns regenerated and shipped back within 5 business days. Every regenerated Column meets or exceeds new Column specifications. All Columns are shipped in the solvent of your choice.
